If you are running a car fuel filter with paper element, those can cause flow problems. You will want to switch to a metal screen type or scintered bronze/brass.

Still have to run choke. I have 92 mains. And 32 pilots. Air screws are caped. The bike is idling erratic, sputtering at cruising speed, and accelerates pretty good. What should i do to try to correct this? Thanks!!!

Well, it's probably time to start from the beginning.

Compression check.
Valve lash check.
Ignition advancer check.
Timing check per manual.
Voltage to coils check.
Check for vacuum leaks.
Put caps on all 4 intake manifold ports.
Make sure petcock vacuum line is not cracked or leaking.
Inspect all intake manifolds for cracks etc.

Then on to the carbs.
Check the plugs to make sure all four are the same. You can't do any jetting if they are different.
