Need to remove the Carbs. I think.

I just purchased a 1982 KZ750. The shop I bought it from said they had the bike running the summer before, but that the carbs needed cleaned. The bike turns over, but I can't get it to start. The other idea is that the there is a problem somewhere with the spark plugs. I replaced all 4 spark plugs already. Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome. If someone could tell me the easiest way to remove the carbs that would be great as well.

Before removing the carbs how about describing exactly what you are doing as you try to start the bike. If you do not use the correct procedure it will not start even if everything is perfect. Ed
