cleaned carbs thoughly still wont start

Good day all I'm gonna start by saying Thank you to all you very learned people here! i have gained a lot of knowledge from this site I picked up an 82 750 twin last summer i did manage to get it started and took it for a 500 yard dash. It stalled and i havent got a good run from her since. i have removed the carb and gave it a very complete going over( I work in fully functioning maintenance shop in a manufacturing facility)my question is would anyone beable to tell me exactly what the settings would be for the fuel air mix they are currently set at 2 turns out and i'm wondering if this is the correct setting. Any input would be greatly appreciated
