I'm taking them one of the time and keep part's together. A problem I run into on carb1 was the pilot screw would not come out of carb. So I'm working on getting the Plug pilot out of the part set I have looks like I need to drill it out.

Just a few tips
I use small bowls numbered 1 2 3 4 to hold the little pieces from carbs 1 2 3 4 and to soak with carb cleaner
Check the diaphragms for pinholes
Wear safety glasses when spraying carb cleaner down holes because will shoot up somewhere else and dissolve eyeballs
Use guitar string or better yet a nylon bristle or fishing line to poke all holes
In pics IMG0297 & 298 open the throttle flaps/butterflies and look up to just about where the flap would close. You will see 3 tiny holes. I use a pin with the tip bent at 90 degrees to make sure these holes are clean . If plugged then expect a stumble at about 3000rpm.
Blow everything out with compressed air. Repeat.
Don't rush

A Q tip soaked in carb cleaner works well for float valve seats. Use Brasso for very dirty seats

Good luck

Well i figure the Q tip one out and i have been soaking the in a gallon of carb cleaner for a day each.

I well check for some pin holes in the diaphragms.

I well find some fishing line to run throw the holes.

So far i got carb 2 and 3 cleaned, but noticed that the float bowl needles was compressing the spring's on all but one carb and i have read on here that's it time to replace them so i order three new needle last night.
