BS34 PILOT JET PLUGS was created by daveo
Anyone have a source for the rubber plugs, which I've heard (or read) were used on the Mikuni BS34, Suzuki carburetors?

I have great difficulty removing the metal w/O-ring plugs, without ruining them with pliers or vise-grips, and will likely have to replace them next time I'm in there.

Z1 Enterprises have them - I had the same problem as you, po installed the plugs too deep, had to drill them out. Replaced them with a set of rubber plugs, worked like a charm:

Btw, if I remember correctly the price is for a set of four.
