touchy idle adjustment screw was created by donthaveakawman
curious why I will be riding and the idle will fall to just barely moving on the tach then I will barely move the adjustment screw at a light or wherever I can stop, lean over and fiddle with it then it will rev up to about 2k or more unevenly.- I am currently running an entire can of berrymans b-12 cleaner through the gas.

Don't do that, berrymans will eat rubber. There is no such thing as a "mechanic in a can." If you are having problems then fix the problem do not rely on something out of a can to fix it. Check your manifolds for leaks.

already done, I had some spray berrymans b-12 (not vitamin b12) that I sprayed around the intakes and they are all sealed. I went about 180 miles since I dumped it in and no leaks at this point.
I am pretty sure with this weather it is the engine is too cold at such speeds in the cold.
I think that is also why it cuts out and putters for a while then jolts real quick like something breaks loose.
good to keep some upper cylinder lubricant in the gas as to not rev it while it is cold and bust up the piston rings.

Yeah right, My bike runs the same regardless of how cold or hot it gets. I have ridden mine in temps down to 10 degrees and as hot as 120 degrees once warmed up it runs fine either way. If the carbs are tuned properly you will not have any problems with temperatures. On second thought just pour in a quart of MEK while your at it, that will fix anything.
You have a problem but I guess you know more than I do so you can diagnose it then fix it without any help.

Put everything back to STOCK settings and get a baseline. Do a systamatic trouble shooting and you will eventually find what is wrong. Stop doing modifications to stuff to try and fix a problem. The way you are doing it is just a shot in the dark, guesswork, yes you might get lucky but I doubt it.

I suggest you sell the bike to someone who is willing to listen to good advice.
