Kz550 tk throttle shaft shims

Hi doing a thorough rebuild of my tk carbs and have one question . In part 6 (please see diagram URL ) are there shims/bushings that hold the throttle shaft (part 25) . Mine appears to have fiber shims but this might be 30 year old an grease/gunk. Anyone know the answer? I don't want to rip them out if they can't be replaced .

The only shim/bushings that I know of are the ones seen in the same diagram (parts 35 & 36) and they look like they are made of rubber. I worked on the same set of TK carbs and are on my KZ550-C3 but that is all I remember seeing during the rebuild. They usually can be popped off _after_ the shaft (part 25) has been removed. I don't remember any bushings kind of thingy on part 6 itself.
