I've never used one, but I have heard of the throttle rocker. There are probably youtube videos of the various products. Searching the internet for throttle rocker, I found a video of how one guy adjusts his throttlemeister... apparently, some folks have trouble figuring out how to use it.

I've used an NP throttle lock, and also have a Cramp Buster. The cramp buster allows you to not have to use a constant grip on the round handle, thereby less tiring to certain muscles. Then the throttle lock can be used occasionally to simply let that right arm hang loose and relax for a little while. On flat terrain, it holds the speed within plus or minus several MPH.

I have a Cramp Buster, which you use your palm to rest on to relax your grip.
Also have a Photon Cruise Control 2 ($18) which works great.

Vista Cruise lets you take your hand Off the Throttle. You can stretch your arm, rest your hand, or whatever. I have them on both my bikes. I wouldn't want to do a long full day without one. ;)
Talked my buddy into one for his V Strom, he loves it.
