a can of carb cleaner will melt those rubber things or at least soften them.

Dental pick or a 1st guitar string with a bend at the end. Sometimes it is difficult to see if a there is still an O ring down there so shine a light in the hole. Those O rings are tiny and fiddly and I have heard where previous owners did not put them in and so bike ran crappy. Once you get everything out clean the hole with a Q tip soaked in carb cleaner and blow it out to make sure no swab fibers are left.
Good luck

and previously trashed they are. i manage to get the o rings and washers out of the first three pilot holes. but it looks like im in the market for a new outside right carb body thanks to someone using red lock tight on a brass fitting in cast aluminum. i drilled it perfect and with an easy out on a small "T" bar this was my outcome. anyone have and know where i can find a 82 kz750 e/h outside right carb body???

try kzbikenight on the google search on your browser. other than that it is lefty loosey righty tighty and put everything back where you found it. do not use solvents on the vacuum diaphragms or gaskets. make sure the vacuum diaphragms are not ripped. use wd-40 for stuck jets or get a small pencil torch to lightly heat up the metal around them. don't melt anything. use solder on the float bowls if they are cracked. adjust the floats so the fuel is right about level with the bottom of the ridge of the float bowl< being wrong and corrected pending.
