Just bought a 1980 kz1000G. Im not sure what to do to switch the fuel injection to carbs. I will post up any pictures you'd like to see, to help diagnose what setup my bike is running.

why do you want to dump the injection?

P.S. along with this forum one of the very best sources of information is the factory shop manual. It will pay back its cost many times over.

I appreciate you guys response, I don't really know what the issue is with the bike. It had all the symptoms of the fuel injector being the problem. I figured why not.

The bike is worth more with the Injection, if the bike is in excellent shape. Otherwise if the bike is modified already or a bit beat down, converting shouldn't effect value much. There are threads where it is explained pretty well, telling how it has been done. Try a search using Google, but with KZrider in the text. This works better than the on site search function.
