Trippivot, the Keihins don't have removable seats. They are perma-pressed (joke) into the body. You can get new needles and polish the seats. The other major disadvantage is that they have no stainer screens like a Mikuni so crud can easily get up between needles and seats... use an inline filter for sure with those things!

Test rode it HARD and put it away "DRY".
No more leakies! :woohoo:

Dunno how fast i got it up to without a speedo cable, but I pushed it. What a difference guys, it must have had a couple jets plugged before, now its hold on tight time! (SMILES).

Cant wait until sunday now.

Randy - slip in a NAPA Gold 3011 inline fuel filter made by WIX out of Gastonia NC. It is such a nice little filter, tucks in easily under your tank, and only requires you to cut 2" out of your fuel line. I use it for everything from lawn mowers, bikes, to the brother in law's Super Beetle :)
