Also can someone provide me with some insight on how to tune my carbs?? I've completely rebuilt them already, but I have no idea how to tune them.

When it idles it blows fuel mist and once I give it some gas it'll drip and once its turned off it drains out of the carb where it connects to the airbox.
Well where is the the airbox?

So again I have the #3 and #4 carb leaking gas into where the airbox should be. Any Ideas?

leaking float valve;
cracked overflow tube (on carb equipped with an overflow circuit);
float issue;
float function issue;
assembly error;
obstructed overflow circuit.
Often a leaking float valve accompanied by an obstructed overflow circuit (on carb equipped with an overflow circuit).
Would sniff-test oil in crankcase and examine it to determine whether gasoline has entered the crankcase and diluted the oil.
If fuel contamination in crankcase, take whatever measures are necessary to stop any further gasoline from entering the carbs; change the oil, change the filter; and correct the problem before allowing any gasoline into the carbs.
Assure that a good aftermarket in-line fuel filter is installed. Dual fuel lines require a separate filter in each line.
Good Fortune!
