only likes PRI

Got the gas to stop leaking, got the tubes all ran, and got to ride my bike, FINALLY! But I noticed that if I run the bike sith petcock set to ON, it'll "run out of gas" soon. If I drive around with the petcock on PRI, it runs fine. I do have an in-line filter that lays parallel to the ground on top of the engine, no room to have it vertical. Any ideas on why the gas flow is slow eevn on PRI, and why it'll die after driving with petcock set to ON?? Bad diaphram perhaps?

Did you remember to hook up the vacuum line from a carb to the petcock? Otherwise, yea, that's a petcock diaphragm. If it's not leaking, I wouldn't think you even need a full rebuild. Z1 Enterprises should have you covered on that part, easy repair.

Incidentally, worth considering if this might have any effect on the 4k problem from your other post.

There was a very small amount of gas on the outside of the petcock, not dripping, just moist. I think I'll try to go to Z1 for a rebuild kit. I'll also try to ride it with gas cap open.
