Carbs, boots, o-rings... oh my - 83 KZ550-A4

I apologize for the trivial questions, but I'm a newbie to fixing bikes and this has been driving me nuts.

The first question is which carbs are on this bike? I have been trying for hours to determine the brand of these carbs (picture attached @ bottom).

They need new boots and the The Kawasaki parts diagram says the part number is 16065-1051 which I cannot find anywhere. Will Mikunis fit?

Any recommendations for a favorite rebuild kit?

Would you happen to know if these are TK 26 carbs? Not sure how to find that information.
