i have an 81 kz750 e2. had carbs apart and cleaned. after putting them together and getting bike running was running into an issue with RPM hanging when revved.

After looking at all other aspects i could think of opened carbs back up and now the diaphragms are cracked. wondering if anyone has a quick fix so I can get some riding in. Or at least a place to get them for a reasonable price.

There is no quick fix for a diaphram, sorry. Z1 will have have them. So will Bike Bandit in California. Good luck. This is my old clunker.

Am addicted to Z1's and kz 900's have an el camino, fly rc helicoptors and am strung out on horsepower.

Urethane glue can be used to mend small cracks, no guarantee about how long it lasts. Clean the rubber lightly with acetone then apply the gorilla glue.
