z1enterprises....got experience?

Just found out why I could not make heads or tails on vacuum setting the carbs on my KZ550 82. The carb holders are superdry and leaks like.. well you know .
So I found out the local shop charge 43€ a piece and I thought I could do better then that so I checked out this lovley forum for hints and found z1enterprises. 20 minutes left before they open and then I´m going to call them up and order me 4 new carb holders for 100$ which is a much better price. I keep getting an error message when trying to register as a new customer on their site, that´s why I´m calling the up.

Before I do I´d like to hear from anyone that has anything to do with them before and if they are kick ass service minded dudes or not so much..

I have never talked to them on the phone but have always received great products from them!

They are very good to deal with, I believe everyone here will say the same.
They are going through a New Web Site change, so there may be a problem with the new registration. Or maybe some other reason. You can send them an email, or give them a phone call. They will have your parts in stock almost for sure, and they should ship out very quickly.

Have done many transactions with them and have always received first rate service. They have switched to a new website software so are still going through some transition issues. But half the time I like to call to order anyhow. This way I can ask any questions about the product for my bike since they are very knowledgeable. Have used other vendors as well with pretty good results as well, but for price, speed in shipping and service I like dealing with Z1E

If you have issues with the web site call them. If you already have part numbers from the website that will make it even easier. Ive bought lots of stuff from them.

I have used them about a half dozen time. They have probably the BEST service of any online store I have ever used. I don't know about Finland, but I know they go out of their way to make things convenient for Canadian customers. They have always shipped immediately for me and with very affordable shipping. They also are willing to communicate with you to make sure you get what you need.

The ONLY times I deal with anyone else other than Z1Enterprises, is when Z1Enterprises doesn't carry what I need. Trust Z1E.

Ordered from them, took about 10 days to get my parts, but everything was delivered and it was exactly what I ordered. So, I give them a B.
