Mine did anyways and that is when I went with the Morgan unit instead.

NOTE: Listen closely for idle/rpm changing when turning pilot/slow screw for blue...
RPM gets better with each carb adjustment for IDEAL A/F settings of each carb... ;)

Thanks for the videos. I think I may try the colortune plugs. If I was to use the colortune plugs, do I still need to remove the tank? I am trying to avoid this at all costs if possible since I really dont want to make a mess on the floor in my condos garage...its against the rules anyways.

Unfortunately you need to remove the tank for almost any carb adjustments. I suppose you might be able to do it with the tank on, but it will be very fiddly to get to all the parts underneath it.

A buddy and I worked on his bike in his condo's underground parking. Building rules likely differ, but they may be OK with it if you don't leave any mess when you're not there actively working on it. Otherwise ride it out to the street or a public parkade and do road-side work :P

As above...it will be virtually impossible to sync the carbs without removing the tank.

Fuel tends to evaporate if you spill any anyway. ;)

If you turn the petcock off and remove the fuel line where it attaches to the petcock you should only have a drop or two of fuel drip out of the petcock nipple. Keep some paper towels handy to catch it. Ed
