KZ305 carb parts (keihin CV-32) was created by kacivic
Ok, after doing quite a bit of searching, it seems no one knows where to locate carb parts for the KZ305 carbs. I keep hearing the only place you can get diaphragms is from Kawasaki for about $90 each, and no jets available, etc.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, because I haven't been able to confirm much of this information so far, but the '81-'82 and '87-'88 KZ305's used Keihin CV-32 carbs, which were shared with the early '80's KZ250 and KZ440, and according to one source, also some early '80's KZ750s.

So, assuming that is true, this place should have replacement diaphragms (~$20 each):

and it appears that jets are available, the Keihin 99101-124:

at least if the description can be believed:

Keihin Notes & Partial Fitment List:
Keihin FCR Horizontal and Downdraft Series carburetors,FCR28, 32, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41mm.
Kawasaki CVK carbs, OEM Primary Main Jet: KZ250 LTD & CSR (80-83), KZ305A/B CSR (81-82), KZ305B CSR Belt (87-88), KZ440A/B/D/G (80-83), KZ750E (80-82), KZ750H LTD (80-83), KZ750N Spectre (82-83).

Just thought someone else might find some of this useful if it is correct, as it has taken me several weeks to find this info.

I have a KZ305 that I just bought recently.

I saw the diaphragms that you posted, but mine are fine.

I ordered a jet kit from 6 sigma racing on eBay I have it but I have not installed them yet.
They might not be the cheapest, but if it works out well it will be simple.

I think some older Harleys used cv32 carbs, if so you could get jets from a HD dealer.

Hey yeh the CV32 is used by the KZ250, but only for the D model (according the manual) In Australia, our C model is the D model it seems.

If you end up ordering the jbm diaphragm, let me know how they run, as I've been interested in them as well, though I think I can hold off on getting a replacement for now.

I got my jets from Z1 - Mike who assisted with my order was extremely helpful.

In relation to the KZ440, I remember researching this and there was confusing as to whether they ran CV32 or CV36s, that discussion was somewhere on this forum, but I found that the O-ring for the float bowl fits (I wouldn't say they're the same).
