Carb Identification

Can someone help me id these carbs and let me know if they would work on a 1983 KZ440?

They are not KZ400 carbs.
As far as I can see, they are Honda CB or CL450 carbs with a few missing parts, like the choke lever for the butterfly choke valves and it's linkage, and the linkage for the carb butterfly valve shafts. They also look like the CB500T carbs, but those had air cut off valves, so I don't think they are for the 500.
They would probaly be a great find for a CB450 owner though, but not for a KZ440 owner.
Honda CL450
If you wan't to try a different set for your 440, try this site: www.sportingforless.com/
They might be able to give you some good advise, and maybe they can put together a set of Mikuni VM's for you, as they have done for the Yamha XS650 and the Honda 350 and 450 twins.
