Stock sizes, then take plug and mileage readings. Before changing jet sizes you should make sure of all the important stuff. Good Spark/ proper Ignition timing, Compression, valve clearances, clean Air filter, clean carbs all circuits, proper fuel levels, No vacuum leaks, proper function of Air Valve or blocked off.
Jetting is last basically.
Oh and I left out Carb Sync, bu that is after all the other, but before Jetting, still last.

I purchased my bike from California Basically just above Sea Level and am living in New Mexico at 5000 ft MSL. What I was able to find out was go 1 jet size leaner for every 2000 ft you increase, or reverse that if you are going to a lower altitude. However I found that the altitude really didn’t make that much difference, just do like Motor Head suggested. I would just add however, when making jet changes just do 1 thing at a time, example don’t change pilot jet and main jet at the same time, it doesn’t correct your problem then you don’t know which one to reverse.
