tore my carbs down cleaned them up replaced float needles and primary jets same size as the gross ones that came out everything is flowing free except one float bowl has a clog in the starting circuit i cant get to come free. both my #1 and #3 carbs leak from the overflows. the bike started and ran idled at 5k with the chocke on i backed the idle down to 2k and it idles at 1k with the choke off. the problem is its really hard to start the bike. it has pods and a 4/1 header any ideas for clearing that starting circuit and the right float settings would be much appreciated thanks guys

Just cleaned a starting circuit on one of my VM26's today. Just used an appropriate gauge wire to from the top. And then bent the wire at an angle to clean from the bottom. Followed this by some shots of carburetor cleaner to confirm it was unclogged.

Check your float level using the clear tube method. Adjust and retest as necessary. Once the floats levels are adjusted, if you still have a leak from the overflow on #1 and #3, you may want to check the overflow tubes on the two units to make sure they don't have any hairline cracks.
