Ones in good shape can be hard to find. So many folks just tossed them out because they preferred the look of pods. However, lots of folks (I know, I know - there are exceptions) have had problems tuning for pods so they start looking for a airbox to put back on the bike. I think what would add to your market would be those folks that are looking for a custom or high tech look but don't want to go the pod route. Personally, I like the look of the original airbox on my bike fine, but that's not true for a lot of folks. The only difficulty I see is that there are so many different airboxes, so you would need to make a variety of molds. But I do believe if you perfect your technique you could easily find buyers, and as far as I know you would have zero competition. Ed

I had a look at my airbox.... and I think I know how I could do it. It's not exactly simple, and would require 2 moulds, and likely split moulds at that, but doable. Probably not alot of money in actual materials, but the labor would be high. Since I'm not running an airbox, it's not exactly at the top of my to do list  Anyone else wanna give it a shot sooner, I'll help them through it as best I can B)
