Carb rebuild kits are pretty costly. I also have a 650E and just cleaned them. Gaskets and hardware I got from Z1 Enterprises, the nitril O-rings I got from harbor freight for about $10, there were enough close enough to work. The accelerator pump on mine was in good shape, but you can buy a rebuild kit for about $25-$30. Keep all the parts separate from each carb, so they go back together as they came apart. You don't have to take the carbs off the rack to clean them. Use a lot of spray carb cleaner and a air gun to clean all the ports after taking out all the jets and enricheners. Good luck, Bob
