I think it has been talked about before but does anyone know how to cross reference a kawasaki part number to see what other models may have used this same part. I'm driving myself crazy searching through buykawasaki.com. THe part number i have is 16014-1023. i just need to know what other bikes used this carb part (air/fuel mixture screw). The bike it's currently on is a 1980 kz 750 ltd twin.

Any leads on this is much appreciated. I'm to the point of almost parting out this bike.

Try zedder.com

(Have not used myself, but someone recommended it to me.)

I just ran that part number in my zedder software, and your bike is the only model to use that screw. :(

Thanks OKC_Kent.

I kinda figured that would be the case. Looks like this 1980 kz750 twin is a rare breed. Through all the calling around and searching buykawasaki.com i couldn't find anything.

However i think my luck may be turning around for me. i just purchase a set of carbs from a 1978 kz twin. I hope these carbs will work. After a good cleaning we will see.
