Ok heres the 411 on my bike I have a 1977 kz650 that I put k&n pods on it and have just 4 single pipes going out of it for exhaust no mufflers or baffles. It idles ok but when going down the road you have to feather the throttle to get it to go in the higher rpms you cant just roll the throttle. Would you guys know of a jet kit that will take care of this or is this some other problem?

It could be one of a dozen diff. problems. Try a basic tune up first including float levels. There is a ton of information in the files section (jetting info included)on this site. Try the non specific bike area in particular. Look up to the menu bar, click kz information, then files will be on the upper left.

main jets too big will cause this and needle jet setting will also cause this problem
