Carb sync steps
24 Jun 2011 00:01
I have a manometer, and good to go on the sync. Which order do I sync the carbs?
Currently, the carb starts but it seems that it wants to die and I am getting a lot of grey smoke.

if its a set cv34s there are 3 adjustment points left, right and middle. adjust left adjustment screw until carbs one and two are pulling the same amount withing 2hgs..tighten the nut make sure it stays the same which can be very tricky.then go to the far right and adjust carbs 3 and 4 the same way..once you have carbs 1 and 2 and carbs 3 and 4 set together go to the middle adjustment point and balance all 4 together..it can be a pain but be patient, and remember to adjust after it has warmed up and put a fan in front of the engine
