the bike accelerates wonderful but when i hold it between 3500 and 4500 its randomly missfires not consistently enough to be 1 cylinder , it also crackles on deceleration.
it has a stock 1015 motor with a kerker and pods 117.5 mains and the baffle tube is broken and stuck in the pipe but not restrictive.
do i need to move the clips down one on the needles?

do i need to move the clips down one on the needles? --- No, imo. Would use stock #3 middle clip position.
crackles on deceleration --- Would try turning each pilot adjustment screw in clockwise 1/4 turn.
Good Fortune!
