Vacuum and Fuel line routing
29 May 2011 18:59
New guy. Buddy gave me a 1982 CSR 650 ( I guess it shares the same engine as the KZ) as a wedding gift. He had several things apart when I got it, I'm trying to put it back together and get it running.
I cannot seem to find a vacuum line routing guide, and a fuel line routing guide. If anyone has pictures of how this is done, this would be appreciated.
I'm sure I will have more questions as I go along.
Thanks,
Chris

Lots of good info on kawasaki.com, including parts diagrams, part numbers, models sharing same part, availability, etc.

That picture, and the link for the manual, both are life savers. The manual that came with the bike didn't seem the most correct.
On a side note, got it all ran. Got it to start on starting fluid, so that's one good sign. The bad part is figuring out why it won't start on the gas in the tank. Hopefully it's not too old (just mixed it with some fresh stuff I have here).
