I would glass bead the body and polish the tops and bottoms and give them a coat of gun coat after beading them. When you do this it gives it a spark-a-ly depth it is almost iridescent.

( in the sun light) Also I am lazy and would just do the outer two.

50 buck polisher/grinder combo from harbor frieght and lots of red and white.

For the carb bodies, maybe use the cheap soda blaster that was posted here on KZR a while back. On the tops and bottoms I'd guess any metal/chrome polish would work.
