Where to get choke plungers for BS34? was created by Toonces
I’m running a set of BS34 carbs off a GPz750 on my KZ650. I’ve been trying to find a set of new choke plungers. Have found plungers from various sources for every other kind of carb but not for my BS34s. Some look very similar but just slightly different then mine. If anyone knows positively where I can get new ones, please let me know. I’ve also entertained the idea of finding a used set and trying to install new rubber seating pads my self. Anyone have and old set they would part with?

As was mentioned by Motor Head, many of the components of the BS34s are still available from Mother Kaw as BS34s were used until 2005. For example 16016-1019 is still available and could be ordered through any reputable Kawasaki dealer...or Jeff, where it might take a bit longer to get, but would probably be cheaper.
