Was wanting to know if where the main fuel line connects at the T if it is suppose to have play left or right (loose). If not, how does one fix this issue.

Believe fuel is leaking from this T joint because it's loose.

Part can be purchased from Z1 Enterprises or, some of the guys put a piece of shrink tubing on each side and that makes them tight again. Test a piece in gasoline before putting them on to make sure they're gas proof. I imagine you can also peel the rubber off and put a few o'rings on. I think the "tee" is around $12.00 new. don't know about the two straight ones. Bob

Do i have to seperate the carbs to get that piece in there? (the new tee) Or is there some easier way?

I fixed a leaky, loose one on my 650 with teflon tape. It worked great, and not a drop in over a year.

The answer is yes, they do have to come apart. Mine was also leaking, but I let it go for a while and it stopped. This was last year when I cleaned the carbs and first put them back on the bike. I left the tank full with SeaFoam added as a stabilizer and all was well this spring. I keep my eye on it though, and will eventually do one of the above procedures to it. It's a pain to separate the carbs, but it will need to be done sooner or later. Bob
