Hi, im new to this site and i see it is very informative. i just bought a 1980 kz 750 H-1 Ltd. It has a kerker 4-into-1 on it and i just got pod filters for it. I cleaned the carbs and it fired right up but it dont have any power. It goes about 70 mph and it dont have any more. I took the carbs apart and they had 130 main jets in it. Im not sure but i think these bikes stock are around 116? So i drilled them out to a 140 and it made a little difference but not much, so i took them apart again and drilled them to 150 and when i hold it half throttle it accelerates slowly and wide open throttle it dont accelerate at all. So i was wondering if the 130 jets that were in it were already to big or whats going on? and there is always fuel coming out the over flows so maybe the needles are not seating correctly?
