need help on a cv34 was created by beaverclever02
I have a 1984 zn700 It has keihincv34 carbs. I'm having a problem withthe carbs and need 4 jets labled "68". I am stupid when it comes to carbsand so is the ******* idiot at the kaw dealer. Having troubles finding them. Do they make a stage kit for this bike. any help or links would be nice. It is a stock bike, stock muff, stock air maybe doing a K&n in the future though. When I bought the bike from an old drunk he said ithad a "900" kit in it. Im not sure he knew what he was talking about, or if he was just trying to sell me onit, cause this seems like a pretty quick bike. I think i have seen on here where someone dropped a gpz900 cam straight in, is this true? can I do that with a 4-1 exhaust?

Regarding the jets try Zienterprises.com
Type Keihin in their search box and you will see the larger jets listed. Call them and ask about the 68s. They have had 62s and 70s when I needed them and they ship out next day. I have the same carbs.
Good luck

well you guys seem to have it together so I went there. Ordered them.(68's) Now in the spirit of never being satisfied I'm trying to find a 4-1 exhaust. I think 750 exhaust will work. I should get bike to run smooth first. It went from good to bad real quick, like in two days. I also have coil packs and cdi box coming too.

I'm not familiar with the ZN700. Is that the liquid cooled Eliminator ?
Saw your other post regarding stumbling.
Hope you get it sorted out.

No Not liquid cooled. hey are quite rare really. Back in 84' Harley and all their splendor went crying to Reagan after they had been bailed out and asked for help. These and a few others were tarriff bikes. 84' and 85' thats it. kawasaki and the others made these tpe off bikes to slide under the CC limit. instead of a 750 it wass a 700 (694) cc's squeaking under the line. Unfortunatley not alot will cross with the 750 i don't think..
