Hey guys, I have a 76 kz 900 with vm 26 carbs. The throttle shaft grommets are pretty dry rotted. I would like to replace them during my carb rebuild, but can't find them. Tried all popular spots, z1,carb warehouse. the parts are deleted through kawasaki. Any help locating aftermarket would be greatly appreciated. How critical are these? I would like to keep rain and dirt out of my new carbs, but am drawing a blank on finding them.

Vacuum seals for your throttle shafts, very important!
Had a hard time sourcing these for a buddies bike, tried some small O-rings but the throttle would hand slightly. Finally found the correct parts, but that was 10 years ago. They must be sold somewhere????? Anyone?

Call Jim @ redline cycle services (847) 675-2020. They usually have some of these for the restorations they do.
