This is supposed to work on stuck piston rings:

And this is good for cleaning combustion chamber deposits:
Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner # 04318001.

Are you shure the valve is sticking? Checked by removing the sparkplugs, valve cover, and turning the engine over by using the 17mm "Nut" on the end of the crankcase?

If after turning by hand and the valve will not come up,I'd be suspicious of carbon build up/burned valve/burned valve seat.

if the valve is physically stuck, youve got bigger problems! the cam and pistons tend to be unstoppable objects compared to a valve, the valve tends to lose that battle :(

Still recovering, some days are better than others.

A little valve clatter is good on these engines, when they get quiet, then it's time to worry.

As the valves and seats wear, the clearances reduce, bringing the valve stem closer to the cams, requiring thinner shims when doing the periodic clearance checks.

Some of the Kawasaki's had shims sitting on a bucket type holder directly over the valve stem making checking/replacing a minor chore.

Other ones had the shim under the bucket requiring the cams removed(a major, time consuming job)re-installed and checked.
