I have a 77 KZ1000 and am cleaning the carbs now due to setting around for years. (anyone know where to get some good carb cleaning brushes and wires?) I am adding pod style air filters and a Supertrap header. I live in Champaign Illinois so I'm just a little above sea level. What jet sizes should I use in the stock carbs? Any good info is greatly appreciated.

OEM Stock jetting can be found in the attached image....

As for what will be required in jetting.... will also depend on your baffle selection... PM Sax for he lives in Chicago and may be able to get you close for what he found in his jetting...

Keep in mind, his settings will be different then yours due to higher non stock pistons, cams, valve sizing and head porting in his KZ....
