Most bike shops keep a wide variety of generic o-rings in stock.

Get Viton if you can. It holds up the best to modern fuel.

Most hardware stores carry nitrile or other types for water and air.

My local O'Reilly's has two boxes of assorted o-rings in Metric and SAE. Cheap and made for automotive use.

I'm fairly sure the CycleOrings guy linked above is legitimate - just in case the bare bones website makes you leery. A number of folks over at TheGSResources have bought them from him.

Alternatively, HarborFreight sells metric nitrile o-ring kits (I guess they still do). The kits won't have all of the sizes & the fit won't be perfect, but in some cases it doesn't matter & the kits are cheap - ten bucks or something like that. Z1Enterprises.com will have the starter/choke plunger caps & o-rings; those o-rings are an odd size & the caps are available in two types.
