I would like to cafe my kz750 .. where to start? was created by KZ7tony
I have had an 81 kz750 sitting around ( still runs great ) and i have always wanted to give it a facelift. I am considering turning it into a cafe racer but I just don't know where to start or what type of parts to get.
I know it won't take much but still any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
Below is a pic of it.. the bike behind it is my new baby which is a mint suzuki 81 gs850 which i want to keep original but I figure if the kz is sitting around and needs parts anyway due to a spill I was in.. It would be cool to change it up a bit.

I am just the opposite, I beat on my gs1100 (which is the big brother to your 850) and pamper my Kaws.
