Hi.
Can someone tell me what the carb size is from a 1983 Kaw Kz1000 ltd?
I'm looking to put a set of 83 carbs on my 80 (i heard that year is as big as you can go on my year bike) and I need to know what size the cylinder adapter/boots need to be?
any help would be appreciated.

Gee, I thought someone would answer by now.

BUMP,

It the carb spacing the same?

If so you can buy the intake boots from Z1enterprises.
Just call and they will tell you the size boots you need.

I run 34mm Mikunis on my 1980 engine and they came off a cop bike. Roy
