i need help with 24mm mikunis.

i bought a ks650, it ran fine driving home, i put a v&h exhaust system, and it came with a k&n filter in the stock airbox, so i upped my jets to 107.5 from 97.5, and 17.5 from 15. and now it wont run except on choke, any help or tips would be great, thanks.

Jetting shold be in the ball park. Somehow in the process of jetting you cut off fuel supply as the choke is actually a fuel enricher valve which adds fuel. Either a pinch fuel line or you need to remove (I know, what a PITA) carbs and recheck your work. Check float level and make sure all passeges open. Let us know...
