BS34 on KZ1000A1/stock airbox/4-1 was created by Zthou1977
On my soon to be resurrected Z1000A1 I want to run BS34 carbs from a later LTD. Everybody seems to run this combo with pods, which is not surprising as the boots won't fit. I am planning to use the stock airbox and modify it for the larger carb intake boots. What I am trying to find out is: what is the correct pilot jet / main jet / jet needle combo for such a setup? Any ideas?
PS: Did a search but couldn't find anything.

Great! I was hoping it would be a straight bolt-on (apart from the actual fitment of course). Tomorrow I will check the jetting of the carbs, do a cleanup and after that the Dremel will be put to good use on the airbox.
BTW: I forgot to include some info on the engine. It will be getting a set of 1015 Wiseco pistons with a CR of 10.25:1. I imagine that I won't need to rejet?
