Old Mikuni Identifiction & Jetting Images....

Hey all,

During my ride with Goose, he had mentioned some carb jetting issues on his sweet ass KAWI green KZ1000... Due to eluvation changes (Wisconsin vs AZ) and symptoms, we determined most likely culprit... a tad lean in the needle/clip position and syncing.

At which point I offered him to come over and we'll dial them smoothbores in and sync with my Morgan unit before we start making runs up Northern AZ.

Elevation changes quickly from ~ 1400 to 2500-3500! Obvioulsy not good for a carb running lean.... :ohmy:

From which I had some research to do on the smoothbores and came across this @ Z1... Thanks Jeff! So 11" x 17" pdf for those that'd like a copy for their Kawi shop garage wall...
