Thought I had it working was created by BIGD
Just rebuilt my carbs. Placed them back in my bike. The bike started after a few turns, but was idling a little rough, and KZ Riders suggested a carb sync for the final finish to the job. Went back to my parents to pick up the bike and it will not start. After much looking around, I think gas is filling in the float bowls but is not entering the intake. Any ideas would help, but I think I will take them a part clean and dry again, and put back together. Thanks Don

Did you check the float height? Dont feel bad it takes a couple of times sometimes to get it worked out

Carbs can be a real PITA.

There really is only one way to be sure the carbs are going to flow properly.
You must completely dissasemble all of the entire carbs.
Take every little bit of rubber out of those things and get a can of spray carb cleaner.
Spray the carb cleaner thru every passage way, looking for where the cleaner is exiting. Spray through the pilot jet hole and make sure its coming out all the little pilot holes in the carb bore, and the same for all the carbs.
If a pilot passage is clogged, you can use a single strand from a stainless steel brush to poke thru the debris, then keep spraying. Empty that can of cleaner on those carbs!
Then setup a jig of some kind, in order to set the fuel height while off the bike.
Its so much easier.

Once your done, those carbs will not be the issue unless you have redically changed the intake or exhuast systems (pods, velocity stacks, 4-1 exhuast, etc.)
