Fuel pump and pressure regulator was created by Ituen
I'm collecting parts for my blow-through turbo application. I was looking at a MSD 2225 for a fuel pump and Mallory 4309 for the FPR. Has anyone had any issues with these parts? Any tips?

I'm guessing that this will be a fuel injected turbo? The MSD should flow enough gas. Normally you want your pump to supply about 30% more than you need - this allows for constant flow and pressure. (better than if your pump is just up to the task)
The piston/solenoid type pumps are noisy, the gear based ones are more reliable and quieter (and pricier).
Out of curiosity why use different brands, why not use Mallory for both?

No fuel injection, I'm using the factory carbs. Those parts were recommended to me from another forum. I'll look into using the same brand.

I have an 82 KZ750. I'm using the factory carbs and a Dyna 2000 ignition is on the list.

Don't forget to use pressure rated fuel lines after the pump, anything before the pump should work as it won't be under pressure.
For clamping purposes, use fuel injection clamps as the standard "Worm" clamp will cut the fuel lines over time.
