what kind of carbs ,how big is your motor, what elevation are you at, what cams.many varibles you can see where i'm going with this.also one other thing how does it run now and what makes you sure that it needs rejetting.

I also have a 74 Z1 with a V+H pipe. However I have pod filters on mine, but run a 122.5 main, stock is 112.5.
Thats the setup its had for a long long time and runs like a champ. I tried playing around with different jets last summer, but ended up back with the 122.5's
FYI, I am pretty much at sea level in Michigan.
