what jet size should a kz1000 have with bs34s

I have a 78 kz1000 with a v&h open exhaust and I run pod air filters.I have just got a set of bs34's off an 82 kz1000 what jets should i use?I have heard 40/140 was close but would like to hear from others that may run this combo thanks.
