carbs - night and day differance was created by jtmcculloch
on the 93 ZR1100 it just didnt have the pep.
so i got a stage 1 dynojet kit.

when i took the carbs apart I noticed two things
it had 100 jets and the mixture screws were 3 turns out.

I installed the 96 jets, new metering rods and set the mixture at 2 1/2 turns out.

what a differance.........

now she has life...... Lets ride...!!!!

update - just got back from a 125 mile ride around houston.

Before the carb work I was getting 30MPG.
After the carb work I now get 35MPG.

Before the carb work it had a hard time getting the front wheel off the ground in first.

After the carb work 2nd gear wheelie is no problem.
