z1 classic intake boots-which one? was created by fandango
I need help please!
Here is the engine number:KZT00GE00061
I tried to order several times intake boots for it,but I always get wrong ones.(not fuel injected anymore, ports are blocked)I had kz 650 boots on it with kz 650 carbs. It did not worked well at higher rpm.My smoothbores id are bigger I had to order new boots. The z1000 boots id-s are fine but the mounting holes are much closer than on the boots.
Measurements:
mounting holes eye to eye:55mm
carb id:34
Thanks

Did you order the boots from Z1 Enterprises? Even if you didn't I bet they would answer your question and set you up.

You need the KZ1000 carb holders - however, you will need to open up the mounting holes a little inward.
Use allen head screws as the pan head screws have too big a footprint and will chew into the carb holder rubber.
