what carbs?

Ive got a set of 900 carbs that measure 28.7mm inside diameter on the backside. They have low profile caps on top and have 4 small caps on the top of the linkage,inside are 115 mains. Anyone know what im looking at here?

sound like vm28's, my 28's also have the caps on the linkages.(as do all 28's i think.)
