This was brought up recently.
I had to find it and dust it off...

A keeper! ...

Keihin uses a basic number system, doesnt seem to correlate to anything in particular.

Dynojet expresses jet sizes by thier precise measurement in mm. Example: jet# 140 = 1.40mm hole diameter in jet.

Mikuni uses a metering number system that correlates to the amount of cc's of fuel passed in 1 minute. Example: jet# 117.5 = 117.5 cc/minute.

Cheers!

Nice chart :)

The Mikuni jets are only rated that way for the reverse type jets. Hex jets are not cc rated.

The tread pitch on the Keihin jets is also a tiny bit different, but close enough for them to thread without stripping anything. The Dynojet thread is the same as Mikuni. I have used Mikuni jets on Keihin carbs many times before using a similar cross reference.
